This study evaluated the lateral and overturning resistance of wind turbine foundations reinforced with piles on bedrock through model experiments. In particular, changes in were analyzed according to cross-sectional size presence foundations. As a result, by reducing cross-section, pile-reinforced foundation was compared existing large cross-sections shown be 1.68 times greater. case vertical displacements affecting overturning, safety also greater, as displacement 36% smaller than foundation. result unidirectional cyclic load foundation, value similar that static target value, it showed elastic resilience very due pile reinforcement.
